How are credits used?
Credits are how you pay for delivery. One credit covers one dispatch: a product delivered to a customer. On Pro you can turn on fraud screening, and each check uses 1 more credit. Buy them as you need them, use them as you sell.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Keysender is built for sellers, not developers. Connect your channels from the panel with guided setup. If you do want to build something custom, there is an API.
What if I run out of credits?
Running out of credits means business is good. Top up in the panel in a few clicks and delivery continues. You can also keep a buffer so you never think about it.
Can I change how I pay later?
Yes. Credits flex up and down with your volume. There is no plan to downgrade or contract to renegotiate. You buy what you use.
